The
private dining room; The Club Dining Room, at Dierdorf & Hart's,
can serve 36 guests comfortably. In addition we can seat up to 50 guests in the "New Room." We
serve dinner 7 nights a week commencing at 5:00 P.M. We no longer serve lunch. To
reserve the Club Dining Room a deposit of $200.00 is required. This deposit may
be applied to your guest check total at the close of your function. Enclosed please find a copy of the deposit
form. A minimum cancellation notice of
two business days is required for a deposit refund. A minimum of $1000.00 in sales prior to tax
and gratuity is also required for The Club Dining Room. We would appreciate two weeks advanced
reservations for private parties.
Whenever possible we always encourage an on-site visit to inspect our
private room facility with a manager.
Enclosed are the limited menus (Dinner Options #1-5) available for private functions as well as a
copy of our full dinner for your reference.
Note that all prices are subject to change. Speed of service and cost-containment are the
central issues addressed by opting for a limited menu. We do accommodate the commonly requested
options of offering either a full or a full minus appetizers menu. All private party menus are printed without
prices shown. In addition, private party
menus are also printed without desserts being shown (the manager will ask you
to confirm whether or not you would like desserts to be offered). A personalized greeting may be inserted into
the left side of your selected menu and can be customized to suit your specific
need upon request. Please do not
hesitate to contact a manager if you should have any further need for
assistance. We are in business to ensure
that your function is a great success.
